Light Weight Plastic Sandwich Panels

Light Weight Plastic Sandwich Panels are made of high strength fiberglass reinforced skin and PP honeycomb core.

The PP honeycomb core can not only reduce the weight of the sandwich panel but also can absorb the energy when being hit.

Our plastic sandwich panel are mostly laminated by heating with high peeling strength, no resin or glue is need during the process, and the weight is reduced again.

Due to the light weight of these plastic sandwich panels,  they can be used in many applications such as truck bodies, mobile buildings, mobile stages, portable storage containers etc
