Plastic Sandwich Panel For Constructions

Currently we have two applications of the plastic sandwich panel for constructions.

First is building templates, compared to traditional steel and wood building templates, plastic sandwich panel (Thermoplastic fiberglass reinforced PP honeycomb sandwich panel) has a better demolding performance and a longer service life. Moreover, the plastic sandwich panel is much lighter hence is easier to build the frame.

Another application is scaffolding platform. The traditional scaffolding platform is usually made of steel, aluminum and wood, compared to steel and wood platform, plastic sandwich panel has a much lighter weight and better anti slip performance, compared to aluminum platform, it has a stronger bending stiffness and is much easier to fabricate.
