Very different from traditional plastic sheet, our panel is sandwich panel with pp honeycomb core, it has very good properties like compressive and bending strength as it belongs to thermoplastic material. It’s a suitable panel for commercial vehicle: for roof, wall, inside partition, door, and floor.
Normally, 25mm panel for 4.2m commercial vehicle, the totally weight of box is about 500kgs.
We can make box by CKD mode: panel, sections, based, and all fittings.
Except light weight and high strength, it also have lots of other advantages, such as waterproof, moisture proof, anti-UV, eco-friendly, 100% recycle, energy saving.
