HolyCore PP honeycomb sandwich panel (HolyPan) is often used as a partition wall insulation material for buildings due to its strength, durability and thermal insulation properties. Especially in indoor partitions and home decoration, HolyPan works great.
HolyPan is one of the lightest and strongest composite sandwich panels produced for industries. This innovative sandwich panel is thermally fused with polypropylene honeycomb core and fiberglass reinforced polypropylene skin. The core material gives HolyPan high resistance due to its honeycomb structure, and the super strong fiberglass-reinforced skin materials provide high stiffness and an extremely good impact resistance of the panel surface.
The thermally fused connection between the honeycomb core and the skins leads to an indivisible connection and makes HolyPan much lighter and eco-friendly. And the delamination of the skin is almost impossible which distinguishes it from other traditionally glued or laminated panel systems.
