Light Weight Thermoplastic Honeycomb Panel

Here we strongly recommend our light weight thermoplastic honeycomb panel for you. 

It is widely used for truck body, van body, or van box to reduce weight, to meet government’s call of energy saving, weight reducing and eco friendly. 

We did lots of truck body big projects during last 3 years, like for Geely 4.2m electrical body, and Dongfeng Motor 4.2m body. They use our panel for body roof, front wall, side wall, rear door, side door and floor, with 25mm thickness.

The approx weight of 25mm thickness is 4.4kgs per square meter, the approx. weight of 30mm thickness is 4.8kgs per square meter. 

Here is some suggestions for body/box manufacturer: 

Below 4.2m length box, 15mm and 20mm thickness is recommended, as it can meet the strength of the box, and also can reduce weight, save cost. 

Between 4.2m – 6m, 25mm thickness is recommended. 

Above 6m, 30mm thickness is necessary.
