Polypropylene Honeycomb Core Panels

Polypropylene honeycomb core panel is a semi-finished product, as it should be laminated with other material on one or both sides, then can be used for many applications. 

Structure:

Non woven fabric + polypropylene honeycomb core + non woven fabric 

Specification:

Length:2440mm

Width：1220mm

Thickness range: 10-70mm

Core diameter: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm

Core density: 80kgs/m3, 100kgs/m3, 120kgs/m3 

When customers get it, they will laminate other skins to get the finished product, such laminate with FRP skin, to get FRP honeycomb sandwich panel, then used for truck body, dry box, caravan, RV, mobile home, boat etc.
