HolyPan is a sandwich panel made of thermoplastic fiberglass reinforced polypropylene skin and polypropylene honeycomb core, it is characterized by light weight, high strength, sound insulation, shock resistance, waterproof and corrosion resistance, etc. After the successful application of HolyPan in truck bodies, we’ve also brought this panel into the RV industry.

The surface of HolyPan is fiberglass reinforced polypropylene, and the core material is also a polypropylene honeycomb core. The entire panel is composited by hot pressing, so the peel strength of HolyPan is much higher than the traditional glue-bonded sandwich panels. The core material of the honeycomb structure can not only reduce the weight of the panel, but also absorb and disperse the energy of the impact when the panel is hit, thereby protecting the people or goods inside.
The thermoplastic feature of HolyPan allows different panels to be connected by thermal welding, and it also can be made into an arc shape, which is very suitable for the caravan body.

Taking a small RV of about 4 meters’ long as an example, three people can make a box in just 3 hours when the raw materials are prepared. It could greatly shorten the production cycle and saves labor cost.

After simple processing and engraving, HolyPan can be made into curved effects of different shapes. However, a model of traditional RV requires customized mold opening. Therefore, HolyPan can not only save the cost of mold opening, but also provides more styling options for RV companies.

In terms of internal structure, we can still use HolyPan to "weld" out the bathroom, furniture, bed and other facilities. In addition, the surface of the panel can be pre-installed with aluminum panels to install additional furniture, such as cabinets. If you are in the RV industry, HolyPan will be a very good choice.
