Insulated Concrete Sandwich Wall Panels

Introduction:

Insulated concrete sandwich wall panels use 40kg/m2 PU foam (or 30kg/m2 XPS foam) as core, strengthened by FRP profile and made by vacuum bonding in high temperature with special methods and adhesives. It has high strength and elastic modulus; unicellular rate of polyurethane foam≧90%, high strength and good water resistance; XPS foam has an advantage of light weight and high strength. Therefore, the composite panel has excellent properties.

Surface Property

The surface of FRP sheet has a layer of high-quality gel coat, it gives the sheet better chemical stability against air, water and medium with general concentration such as acid, alkali and salt etc. The FRP sheet has a bright and clean appearance as well as good gloss retention. It is non-fading, resistant to corrosion, anti-sunlight and anti-aging. Its surface is very suitable to do colorful advertising.

Convenient Installation

High strength aluminum profile and refrigerated and insulated composite panels are applied in the assembly of refrigerated and insulated truck bodies. It`s easy and quick to assemble, without special tooling required.
