For the finish, we offer open cell honeycomb core material, which can be used for air filters.

And we can laminate non-woven fabric to the honeycomb to make the core material able to be laminated with other skin materials like FRP, wood veneer, marble, floor or other skins.

With a film layer underneath the non-woven fabric it could help prevent the resin from leaking into the cells to reduce resin wastage and the total weight of the panel.

Plastic honeycomb core material can also be the core material of thermoplastic sandwich panels through hot pressing.
