Composite Sandwich Panel For Van Bodies

Composite sandwich panel is a panel made of different layers, and is usually made of different materials. This sandwich structure could combine the advantages of different materials together into one entire panel.

For example, for heat insulation purpose, we use foam as the core material in the panel, for energy absorption, we can use PP honeycomb as the core material. For the skins, there are also many choices per our customers’ requests. Traditional FRP/GRP skin gives smooth finish while thermoplastic skin offers higher stiffness.
