Introduction: 

PP honeycomb corefrppanelis with pp honeycomb core in the middle, both two sides withhigh strength FRP sheet,adhesived by vacuum bonding in high temperature.

Surface:

The surface of FRP sheet has a layer of high-quality gel coat, it gives the sheet better chemical stability against air, water.The FRP sheet has a bright and clean appearance as well as good gloss retention.

Max length for export: 16500MM

Max width for export: 3000MM.

Thickness range: from 8-50MM

Features:

Light: 8kg/m2 (21mm thick).

High strength and good rigidity

Made by vacuum bonding in high temperature with adhesives. The core and FRP sheet are bonded firmly, and no degumming and de-lamination phenomenon occurred.
