FRP PLYWOOD PANEL

Plywood-cored composite panels are made of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet, high-strength woven roving and water-proof plywood and bonded together under high vacuum pressure. The gelcoat on surfaces are FDA approved, friendly to food.

Advantage: high impact resistance and strength, corrosion resistance, smooth and glossy surface,, UV ad weather resistance, easy to repair, long time using. Custom made aluminum extrusions to join body panels giving easy assembly. Bodies can be supplied either fully built or in CKD form.

Thickness: 15mm, 18mm, 21mm, can be customized.

Sizes available: 16.5m long and 3m wide at maximum.
