• PU Insulation Panel

PU Insulation Panel has the following advantages: 1. Low thermal conductivity, good insulation effect; 2. Light weight, high strength, pressure resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance; 3. Convenient construction, can be carried out according to needs (cutting, pasting, splicing); 4. Environmentally friendly, does not contain harmful substances such as CFC and HCFC.

XPS Insulation Panel has the following advantages: 1. Low thermal conductivity and good insulation effect; 2. Light weight, high strength, pressure resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance; 3. Convenient construction, can be carried out according to needs (cutting, pasting, splicing); 4. Environmental protection, free of harmful substances such as CFC and HCFC. 

The difference between XPS insulation panel and PU insulation panel lies in the different materials. XPS insulation panel is made of polystyrene foam, while PU insulation panel is made of polyurethane foam. Both have very low thermal conductivity and are good at insulating.

Iron sub frame are strong, but heavier, and tend to rust      when used in wet environments. If the truck body is long  or requires high strength, we recommend that you choose an iron sub frame.

The strength of the aluminum sub frame is not as high as that of iron, but it is much lighter in weight and resistant to corrosion. If you want a lighter truck body, we recommend an aluminum sub frame.
