Fiberglass Wall Panel for truck bodies
Introduction:
The Fiberglass wall panel for truck bodies is made of FRP/GRP skin and PP honeycomb core material, the UV resistant fiberglass reinforced skin gives smooth finish while the honeycomb core material could absorb lots of impact force.
The Fiberglass wall panel could be easily assembled with profiles, so the productivity will be improved. Compared with traditional steel or plywood wall panel,it is much lighter that the overall weight of the truck body will be largely reduced , therefore the truck with our panels would simply save more fuels or increase the payload.
Moreover, compared with wood or steel wall panels, the fiberglass wall panel is water and moisture resistant, which will largely prolong the service life of the truck bodies. In addition, it will be also really easy to fix the wall panels if there are any damages.
Our fiberglass wall panels are suitable for truck bodies of different sizes (classes), from small electric hauler to inner city truck, and ever for semi-trailer more then 16 meters,our fiberglass wall panels can perform well.
