Thermoplastic Wall Panel

Thermoplastic wall panel is made of thermoplastic fiberglass reinforced skin and thermoplastic PP honeycomb core (Or EPP foam material). The thermoplasticity made the panel capable of post forming of any shapes. With special treatment, the skin can be painted with different colors and patterns. We can even use the panel for decoration.

When the core material is EPP foam, the heat insulation becomes possible.

This light and strong panel can be used in many applications, for example the partitions in public washroom, restaurant, museum, and the wall panels in mobile toilets, offices or houses.
