We are a professional manufacturer of composite sandwich panels for different applications for eight years in China.

Among all our panel systems there is one thermoplastic panel called HolyPan. 

HolyPan is one of the lightest and most robust composite sandwich panels produced to industrial standards.

For the last 8 years, HolyPan has been used in the truck body industry and achieved great success due to its lightweight and high strength.

About one year ago we've modified the surface of HolyPan and made it suitable for demolding.

And then we've applied HolyPan in the concrete formwork market and during this year our customers are quite pleased by the performance of HolyPan, not only by the remarkable service life, which has been proven to reach 150 cycle life but also by the convenience HolyPan brings for the design and installation due to its lightweight.

Compared to plywood, HolyPan has almost the same strength but only half the weight of Plywood, and as plastic panels, HolyPan is water and moisture resistant by nature.

Being a thermoplastic sandwich panel, the thermally fused connection between the honeycomb core and the skins leads to an indivisible connection and also makes HolyPan free of any extra chemical component and thus make the panel complete safe for the workers.

Regarding the size, HolyPan can reach 2650mm wide and 16000mm long, with this or other tailored sizes any innovative designs become possible.

As a panel, HolyPan could be easily fixed on the profiles by rivets, benefit from its lightweight, the labor cost could be reduced as well during the installation.
