What Is FRP Honeycomb Panel?

The FRP honeycomb panel is formed by hot-pressing composite forming of FRP panels, high-strength glass fiber checkered cloth and aluminum honeycomb core material. Due to the high strength of the checkered fabric, the impact resistance and flexural strength of the composite board are very high.

Main feature: 

1.Weather resistance: FRP sheet is a thermosetting polymer material with good temperature resistance. The service temperature is between -70℃ and 80℃.

2. Impact resistance: Because the product structure contains crisscrossed glass fiber reinforced materials, the impact resistance of the product is greatly improved, and it is not easy to break under the impact of gravel and hail.

3. Corrosion resistance: It can withstand various acids, alkalis and other chemical substances, especially suitable for use in coastal and corrosive places.

The gel coat resin has good chemical stability to the atmosphere, water and general concentration of acid, alkali, salt and other media. Discoloration, corrosion resistance, light resistance, anti-aging, very suitable for brightly colored car advertising.
