HolyPan Brings A New Way To RV Manufacturing

HolyPan is a sandwich structure board with honeycomb structure as the core material and double-sided composite thermoplastic glass fiber sheet. It is characterized by lightweight, high strength, sound insulation, earthquake resistance, waterproof and corrosion resistance.

The thermoplastic properties of HolyPan can connect different panels by heat welding, or it can be made into an arc shape, which is very suitable for the car body.

Traditional touring car body production time is relatively long, but HolyPan can greatly shorten the assembly time of the touring car body due to its secondary molding characteristics, and it can also greatly reduce the weight of the car body.

The surface of HolyPan is made of thermoplastic glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. We can use polypropylene welding rods to heat-melt the two plates. Take a small RV of about 4m as an example. On the basis of the prepared plates, there are 3 people. It takes as little as 3 hours to make a car body. While greatly shortening the production cycle, it also greatly saves labor costs.

After simple processing and engraving, the body panel of HolyPan RV can be made into curved effects of different shapes. However, a model of a traditional RV requires a customized mold opening. HolyPan can not only save the cost of mold opening but also give it to the RV. The enterprise provides more space for styling choices.

In terms of internal structure, we can still use HolyPan to "weld" out the bathroom, furniture, bed and other facilities.
