God Made Us, We Made HolyPan

The name of "HolyPan" partly comes from our group company "Holley", and we believe this panel could bring nice things to our life, so we named the panel "HolyPan".

HolyPan is a sandwich structured panel made of innovative skin material and core material through an environmentally friendly hot press laminating.

The skin material of HolyPan is a fabric woven with a mixture of polypropylene and fiberglass. The 90 ° intersecting of the fabric endows the panel high bending strength both in longitudinal and transverse directions.

Regarding the core, the core of HolyPan is polypropylene based on the honeycomb structure. The honeycomb structure one hand could largely reduce the weight of the panel, on the other hand, it could absorb a lot of the energy when the panel being hit. 

When we first tried to promote HolyPan for the truck bodies manufacturers in China, they were quite skeptical about this panel, only because it's so light. However, after almost 8 years of actual application, it is proven that lightness can be achieved together with high strength.

Unlike other traditional glued panel system, HolyPan is laminated by a double steel belt press machine, which makes HolyPan quite unique.

In the process of hot press, the polypropylene in the skin and core is firmly combined, and this makes the peel strength of HolyPan much higher than other glued panels.

Being an entire panel, HolyPan is a combination of high strength and lightweight, and since HolyPan is made of two materials - polypropylene and fiberglass, so it makes the recycling of it very easy. Even when the panel is painted with UV resistant paint, recycling is still simple.

The biggest applications of HolyPan are in the truck body manufacturing, portable containers, self-storage containers, enclosed trailers or even logistics boxes like flight cases. 

HolyPan is suitable for the common profiles and rivets, with the advantage in weight, HolyPan can largely shorten the assembling cycle of one truck body or other containers.

In addition, HolyPan can be (actually is already) used in the caravans (floor panel), bus (floor), scaffoldings (deck), concrete mold, yacht and many places where lightweight and high strength are needed.
