Foam Filled Fiberglass Panels

Structural Characteristic:

Foam filled fiberglass panel is made of inner and outer high strength FRP sheet, PU foam (or XPS foam) and adhesive by vacuum bonding in high temperature. Its thickness is designed by refrigerated and insulated requirements of truck body, and normal thicknesses are: 30mm, 45mm, 70mm, 85mm, 105mm and 130mm. The maximum dimension is 16.5m long and 3.0m wide and also can be cut according to customers’ requirements.

Details:

Insulation Performance:The thermal conductivity of FRP sheet and PU foam is around 0.2W/M·K and 0.02 W/M·K respectively, while for XPS foam it is 0.03 W/M·K. The general thermal conductivity coefficient of 70mm thick refrigerated and insulated composite panel is lower than 0.03 W/M2·K.

Easy Maintenance:It`s easy to repair without evident repair track, which steel and aluminum plates are hardly comparable with.
