Thermoplastic Foam Panel for Mobile Buildings

Thermoplastic Foam Panel for mobile buildings is made of fiberglass reinforced polypropylene skin and EPP foam core.

The laminating is processed by heating so no harmful chemicals or VOC is contained.

The heat insulation ability of thermoplastic foam panel is similar to XPS foam panel, but due to the environmental protection property the EPP foam is safer for the human body.

And the thermoplastic skin has high impact strength, the sandwich panel can be used either as floor panel and wall panel or partitions.

Dimensions and Colors:

1. Thicknesses:30mm, 45mm and 75mm, or any other customized thickness

2. Dimensions:Up to 16.5m long and 3m wide

3. Colors:RAL system or as customer requested

Features:

1. The surface of FRP sheet has a layer of high-quality gel coat, it gives the sheet better chemical stability against air, water and medium with general concentration such as acid, alkali and salt etc.

2.The FRP sheet has a bright and clean appearance as well as good gloss retention.

3. It is non-fading, resistant to corrosion, anti-sunlight and anti-aging.

4. Its surface is very suitable to do colorful advertising.
