High Strength Plastic Sandwich Panel is made of thermoplastic fiberglass reinforced skin material and PP honeycomb core material.

The skin is made of a mixture of polypropylene and fiberglass, this combination is without any harmful chemicals or VOCs, and benefit from the polypropylene honeycomb which could absorb the energy when being hit, so be panel has extremely impact strength.

Moreover, the thermal laminating makes the skin inseparable to the core material as both parts contain polypropylene and they are fused together by heat.

With light weight and high strength, our plastic sandwich panels can be used in many industries such as trcuk bodies, portable storage containers, enclosed trailers, mobile buildings，marine industries and even the constructions like scaffolding panel， concrete formwork etc.

Our Sandwich panels can be used in any application where high strength or light weight is needed.

Packing details:

Big size panel will be covered by film on both surfaces to protect the product from scratching.

Small sizes can be packing in pallet.
