FRP HONEYCOMB PANEL

Plastic honeycomb cored composite panels are made of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets, high-strength woven roving and plastic honeycomb sheets , bonded together under high vacuum pressure. The gelcoat on surfaces are FDA approved, friendly to food.

Advantage: light weight, corrosion resistance, smooth and glossy surface,, UV ad weather resistance, easy to repair, long time using.

Custom made aluminum extrusions to join body panels giving easy assembly. Bodies can be supplied either fully built or in CKD form.

Thickness: 15mm, 18mm, 21mm, or customized.

Sizes available: 16.5m long and 3m wide at maximum.
