HolyPan——Our FRP PP honeycomb panel is a honeycomb structure material made of polypropylene with reinforced glass fiber skins, which has the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, waterproof, moisture resistance, etc. HolyPan is one of the lightest and strongest composite sandwich panels currently used for dry freight truck bodies. Panel Information
HolyPan is one of the lightest and strongest composite sandwich panels produced for industries. This innovative sandwich panel is thermally fused with polypropylene honeycomb core and fiberglass reinforced polypropylene skin.
The core material gives HolyPan high resistance due to its honeycomb structure, and the super strong fiberglass-reinforced skin materials provide high stiffness and an extremely good impact resistance of the panel surface.
The thermally fused connection between the honeycomb core and the skins leads to an indivisible connection and makes HolyPan much lighter and eco friendly. And the delamination of the skin is almost impossible which distinguishes it from other traditionally glued or laminated panel systems
